RAMO DE FLORES CON FRESAS Y GOLOSINAS

Para el día de la Madre tenía muy claro que no quería hacer un bizcocho y quería regalar algo que gustara seguro, así que pensé en hacer un ramo de frutas con forma de flores sería genial, con piña, melón, fresas,...En la frutería me dijeron que lo que estaba buscando todavía estaba muy verde y no tenía gusto...Así que nada.. cambio de plan! Ramo con golosinas y fresas con chocolate!

Necesité:
- Golosnas varias
- Fresas
- Chocolate blanco
- Chocolate negro
- Chocolate con leche
- Palillos
- Palos de brochetas
- Maceta

Pinchamos las golosinas con los palos de brochetas
Si queremos hacer una flor, pinchamos con palillos aquellas golosinas que nos gusten y las juntamos en una bolita de golosina pequeña que estará pinchada por una brocheta en función del tallo de la flor.
Derretimos el chocolate y vamos bañando las fresas, dejamos que se endurezca y añadimos al ramo.
Dentro de la maceta ponemos un trozo de "porexpan" y vamos clavando las brochetas, lo envolvemos con papel bonito y listo! Triunfo asegurado!

BOUQUET OF FLOWERS WITH STRAWBERRIES AND TREATS

For Mother's Day, it was clear I didn’t want to make a cake and wanted to give my mum something she would like it for sure, so I thought making a bouquet of fruit shaped flowers would be great - with pineapple, melon, strawberries, ... In the greengrocer they told me that what I was looking for was still very green and I didn’t like it... so I changed the plan! A bouquet with candy and chocolate strawberries!

I needed:

- Candies

- Strawberries

- White chocolate

- Dark chocolate

- Milk Chocolate

- sticks

- A flower pot

I punctured the candies with skewers

If we make a flower, we prick those goodies we like with the chopsticks and put them together in a nice ball that will be punctured by a skewer depending on the flower stalk.

We melt the chocolate and let the strawberries be covered, let them harden and add them in the bouquet.

Inside the container we put a piece of "porexpan" and we stick the skewers, wrap it nicely in beautiful paper and ready! I win for sure!
