BIZCOCHO CON MANZANA

La receta de este bizcocho es de Velocidad Cuchara, pero lo adapté para hacerlo sin gluten. Esta delicioso y cada vez que lo preparo es un éxito asegurado!

Ingredientes:
-300gr azúcar
-5 huevos
-220gr aceite de girasol
-250gr harina de Maicena
- Medio sobre de levadura sin gluten
- 1 manzana
- 1 cuchara de canela
- una piza de sal.

Preparación

- pulverizar el azúcar 30 segundos velocidad 10. Retiramos a un bol y reservamos.
- Ponemos la mariposa y añadimos los huevos y 220gr del azúcar que hemos reservado, programamos 5 minutos, temperatura37º velocidad 3'5. Cuando finalize volvemos a programar 5 minutos velocidad 3'5 sin temperatura.
- Mientras se montan los huevos, pelamos y cortamos a trozos pequeños la manzana y mezlamos con la canela y una cucharada de azúcar.
-Añadimos el aceite de girasol a la thermomix, programamos 10 segundo, velocidad 3
-Incorporamos la harina, la levadura, la sal y mezclamos 8 segundos velocidad 3
-Precalentamos el horno a 180º
-Untamos el molde con mantequilla y añadimos la mitad de la masa, luego las manzanasy por último la masa que faltaba.
- Hornear 45-50 minutos, 180º, arriba y a bajo.
-Cuando este frío desmoldamos y añadimos el azúcar glass sobrante.

APPLE CAKE

I adapted this recipe to make it glutenfree. It's delicious and every time I prepare it, it's guaranteed success!!

Ingredients

- 300g sugar

- 5 eggs

- 220g oil

- 250g flour cornstarch (Maicena)

- Half of yeast without gluten

- 1 apple

-1 tablespoon of cinnamon

- A bit of salt

Preparation

- Spraying sugar at speed 10 during 10 seconds. Pour into a bowl and reserve it.

- Put the butterfly, add the eggs and 220g of  sugar we have kept, mix it 5 minutes, 37º, speed 3'5. When finish it programme another time with the same minutes and speed but without any temperature

-  While the eggs are mounted, in another bowl peel the apple and cut it in small pices, mix with the cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar.

- Add oil into the glass of Thermomix, mix it 10 second, speed 3

- Add the flour, yeast and a bit of salt and ix it for 8 seconds at speed 3

- Pre-heat the oven at 180º

- Butter the mould and add half of the dough, add the apple and add the other dough

-Bake it all for 40-45 minutes, 180º up and down
