CHIPS DE KALE

Ingredientes
- 4 hojas de kale
- sal
- pimienta
- aceite
- mozzarela

Pre calentar el horno a 180º arriba y abajo
Lavar las hojas de kale y secar muy bien.
Cortarlas con las manos del mismo tamaño (no muy pequeñas porque en el horno se encojen) y quitarles el tallo
En un bol mezclarlas con sal y pimienta al gusto
Añadir el aceite como si aliñarais una ensalada
Incorporar tres puñados de mozzarela
Meter en el horno 10 minutos a 180º
Listo! que aproveche

KALE CHIPS

Ingredients

- 4 kale leaves

- Salt

- Pepper

- Oil

- Mozarella

Preparation

- Pre-heat the oven at 180º up and down

- Wash the kale leaves and dry

- Cut pieces ofthe same size (not too small because in the oven they shrink) and remove the stem

- In a bowl mix them with salt and pepper to taste

- Add the oil as in a salad

- Add three handfuls of mozarella and mix

- Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees

Ready!
